At ÜBEDOR, we will personally assist you with any issue you may have experienced. Our mission is for you to be truly happy with what you receive. Please always follow our Size Chart carefully to avoid unnecessary returns and to ensure you can enjoy your purchase exactly when and how you expected — or that the gift you chose fits perfectly.
In addition, if you are not satisfied with the product, experience any issue, or simply changed your mind, you may request an exchange within 10 days from the date you received your order, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240.
Conditions for product exchanges:
You may request an exchange as long as the product is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use, meaning it must be in the same condition in which you received it. It is also essential that the item is returned in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange:
To request a product exchange, please send an email to [email protected] including your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. You will receive all the necessary information to complete the process.
Exchanges for manufacturing defects:
If your item has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to request an exchange within 10 days from the date you received your order.
How to request an exchange for defective products:
Please send an email to [email protected] including your full name, order number, and details about the manufacturing defect (including photos or videos if possible). Please understand that we cannot cover damages caused by misuse or external factors such as tears, snags, cuts, ironing over printed designs despite label warnings, etc. While we may not be able to refund these cases, we will always do our best to help ease the situation.
We will review your case within 10 days from the moment we receive the product(s), and the replacement item will be sent to the original shipping address. There will be no additional cost for receiving the new product — everything will be handled by us.
Return conditions for change of mind:
If you changed your mind about your purchase, you may also return your order within 10 days from the delivery date, provided the product shows no signs of use, is not personalized, and remains in perfect condition. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
